• It provides administrative assistance and support activities to the Municipal Council and the Council Commissions and to all internal bodies however named, providing the necessary technical-legal assistance;
• It manages coordination activities with the offices and bodies (for example, the Board of Auditors) that carry out instrumental assistance activities for the Municipal Council;
• He oversees the preliminary investigation of the documents to be included in the agenda and takes care of all the formalities relating to the approval and publication of the documents themselves;
• It carries out legal obligations regarding the positions (legal, economic, patrimonial) of the members of the Municipal Council and the consequent publications required by the law on anti-corruption;
• Convening meetings of institutional bodies and preparing the related agendas;
• Assistance in the work of the institutional bodies (Board and Council) and related minutes, as well as coordination of the documentation required for the work;
• Verification of compliance with regulatory provisions on applications submitted by municipal councilors;
