The Office manages the One-Stop Shop for Construction (SUE) and prepares documents relating to building permits (Cil, Scia, PDC, SCA, Law 10/91, Appraisals issued pursuant to art. 28 LR 16/2016).

It manages the one-stop shop for construction (SUE) following the resolution of the Municipal Council, set for 01/09/2023, only building applications sent via the online shop accessible from the home page of the institutional website or at the address will be accepted http://barcellonapozzodigotto.urbix.it/ and provides for the "export of building practice to the URBIX portal", in order to ensure uniform processing, any generic integration (such as start of works, end of works, L.10 filing, etc.) must pass through the electronic counter, even if referring to old paper practices, following a specific request for "export of building practice to the URBIX portal", on a form downloadable from the portal, filled out in its entirety and showing the Urbix profile serial number (editable) identifying the technician in charge.
Manages relationships with various institutional bodies and external bodies (Superintendence of the Messina Cultural Heritage, Civil Engineering, River Basin Authority, etc.) for the purposes of issuing opinions and obtaining relevant clearances for submitted building applications;
In support of other bodies or offices
Manages relations with Service II - SUAP regarding the verification of the urban planning compliance of the properties and the documentation in the files, in comparison with the data in the SCIA requests for Activities submitted to it;
Proposes and organizes Service Conferences pursuant to Article 2 of Presidential Decree 380/2001 (Consolidated Law on Construction) – as part of the building permit issuance process;
Prepares provisions and documents aimed at issuing ordinary building permits pursuant to art. 10 of Presidential Decree 380/2001 and extraordinary regularization permits pursuant to art. 36 of Presidential Decree 380/2001 – as implemented by Regional Law 16/2016 and subsequent amendments. As well as other provisions referred to in regularization requests pursuant to art. 37 (SCIA in SANATORIA) and Art. 6 – bis (LATE CILA);
Issuing of transfers relating to building permits and/or authorisations, building licenses, and/or building permits;
Verify payments for concession fees related to the issuance of permits and requests with any communications for collection or refunds;
Acquires the filing of the Sworn Appraisals pursuant to art. 28 LR 16/2016 for the definition of building amnesty applications pursuant to Laws 47/85, 724/94, and 326/03.
Issues certificates/attestations of intended use relating to building permits and/or authorizations, construction licenses, building permits and/or other existing communications.
Handles user relations and communications regarding requests for access to documents and the possible extraction of certified copies of official documents.
Handles relationships with users regarding construction practices and procedures.
Acquires the filing of the SCA pursuant to art.24 of Presidential Decree 380/2001 as implemented by Regional Law 16/2016 and subsequent amendments;
Check the admissibility/inadmissibility for Housing Suitability;
It deals with the periodic transmission of data relating to ISTAT and the Revenue Agency
