Agreements between Municipalities and those between Municipality and Province, the establishment and modification of associative forms
The establishment and organization of taxes, the general regulation of tariffs for the use of goods and services
Expenses that are included in the budgets for subsequent financial years, excluding those relating to the rental of properties and the supply of goods and services on an ongoing basis to the Municipality
