- Drafting, approving, and implementing the municipal property development and disposal plan, based on appraisals, technical, administrative, and land registry activities related to the state of the assets carried out by Messina Patrimonio Spa;
- Purchases of owned properties and leased properties for public use in the cases and according to the procedures established by current legislation.
- Acquisition, registration in the land registry, and possession of confiscated properties resulting from illicit activities and/or illegally constructed;
