Description
Those registered in the electoral lists of the Municipality of Barcellona Pozzo Di Gotto, who do not find themselves in one of the conditions of incompatibility referred to in art. 38 of the Consolidated Law no. 361/1957, may communicate their availability to replace the Scrutineers or the Presidents of the polling stations, appointed respectively by the Municipal Electoral Commission and by the Court of Appeal of Messina, unable to carry out the assignment.
The communication, drawn up using the attached forms, can be delivered in person to the electoral office, located in Via Stefano Cattafi Medaglia d'oro, or sent no later than 12:00 noon on 24/04/2025 together with a copy of the declarant's identity document, via certified/ordinary email to one of the addresses indicated below:

Please remember that in case of appointment the president will have to choose a trusted person to carry out the functions of secretary and that this person must be registered in the electoral lists of the Municipality of Barcellona Pozzo Di Gotto, be in possession of a secondary school diploma
rank and not be in one of the conditions of incompatibility referred to in art. 38 of the Consolidated Law no. 361/1957 pursuant to which the following are excluded from the functions of members of the electoral board:
- those who, on the date of the elections, are over seventy years of age;
- employees of the Ministries of the Interior, Post and Telecommunications, and Transport;
- members of the Armed Forces on duty;
- provincial doctors, health officers and general practitioners;
- municipal secretaries and municipal employees assigned or ordered to work at municipal electoral offices;
