The Notice is aimed at selecting Third Sector Entities for the co-design and management of a "Post Station" in the ATS D28 territory, with the Municipality as the lead partner Barcellona Pozzo di GottoThe project, funded by the PNRR – Mission 5 Inclusion and Cohesion, aims to combat poverty and extreme marginalization, particularly among the homeless.

The Post Office will operate as a Service Center, offering reception, orientation, care, and support for social and health services.

Essential services such as personal hygiene, catering, distribution of goods, administrative support, and post office delivery will be guaranteed.

Limited overnight accommodation and social and health care services are provided.

The project is aimed at approximately 90 beneficiaries present in the municipalities of ATS D28.

The activities will initially take place in a temporary location and subsequently in the permanent municipal headquarters.

To participate in the selection, the competitor must send to the Municipality of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, exclusively by electronic means, using only attachments A and B, under penalty of inadmissibility of the offer, no later than day February 22, 2026 by sending a certified email with the subject "Sector II - Service 1 - Notice of co-design of PNRR project M5C2/1.3.2.- STATION MAIL" at the following address: comunebarcellonapdg@postecert.it - containing the following attachments:

  • Annex A - application to participate in the procedure;
  • Annex B - Preliminary project proposal;

If the proposal is submitted by a partnership, the application must be signed by the legal representatives of all applicants, otherwise the application will be inadmissible. A copy of the signatory's identity document must be attached to the application, unless digitally signed.

Each applicant may submit only one project proposal. This restriction applies even if additional proposals are submitted in partnership with other applicants, under penalty of ineligibility for all project proposals involving the same applicant. Likewise, each partnership may submit only one project proposal. Furthermore, lead applicants or partners may not participate in multiple partnerships, under penalty of exclusion.
