Users are informed that starting March 2nd, the CIE office will be accessible by reservation only.
Reservations can be made:
• in presence
• by telephone
Interested parties can make an appointment, exclusively on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9,00 to 11,00 , by going directly to the desk on the first floor, or by telephone, always during the hours indicated above, by calling exclusively the mobile number indicated below: 3669334244.
There is no messaging or answering service available for callbacks.
The opening to the public, by reservation only, will take place on the days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9,00 to 12,15.
Thursday afternoon, from 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
You must bring all the necessary documentation (recent passport photo, payment receipt, expired document, or copy of the report in case of loss).
Maximum delay allowed: 10 minutes. In the event of an absence, a new reservation will be required. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organization's control (e.g., unexpected absences of staff due to health reasons, etc.), the service may be subject to changes or postponements.
