The public is advised that strong sirocco winds and widespread rain are expected on Monday, January 19, 2026. The Municipal Administration has therefore ordered the closure of schools and public facilities (Ordinance No. 5/2026), but everyone is asked to limit their travel to strictly essential cases and to avoid parking their vehicles near trees, power lines, and lampposts, which could be particularly dangerous due to the expected strong wind gusts. Everyone is encouraged to actively participate in this regard, as an important contribution to the prevention, control, and monitoring activities that the municipal offices will carry out for the duration of the forecasted weather events.
