Description
In application of art. 57 of the LR January 05, 2026, No. 1, il Department Regional Family and Policies Social, has approved with DDG n. 1100/S8 of the 01/04/2026 the notice public for the delivery di un Contribution of € 3.000,00 for access to homes in lease, in the limits with the available funding.
The contribution will be disbursed through the Municipalities based on the parameters and criteria reported below.
Citizens who meet the following requirements can apply for the grant :
Registered family members (card holders) of at least three members;
Italian or EU citizenship or residence permit if non -EU;
Residency in the Municipality and the Sicily Region for at least TWO YEARS at the time of submitting the application;
LS.EE indicator of the applicant 's family unit not exceeding € 10.000,00.
The instance, drawn up exclusively su model prepared by the Department of Family and Social Policies, according to the forms of the declaration replacement of the act of notoriety, pursuant to articles. 46 and 47 of the Presidential Decree 28th December 2000 n. 445 and subsequent amendments are available at the Secretariat Social of the Municipality or can be downloaded from website www.comune.barcellona-pozzo-di-gotto.me.it
The following must be attached to the application:
Copy of the applicant's valid identification document ;
Copy of valid residence permit in the case of a non-EU citizen ;
LSEE indicator certificate issued by authorized offices, currently valid;
Regular lease even if registered to another member of the core familiar for use housing relating to a property used as a primary residence corresponding to the residence registry of the applicant, regularly registered;
Receipts for annual payment of registration tax.
Applications must be submitted by July 31, 2026, at the Incoming Post Office of the Municipality of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto or via certified email: comunebarcellonapdg@postecert.it
The Regional Department for Family and Social Policies will draw up the rankings according to the methods set out in DDG n . 1100/ S8 of 01/04/2026.
After the Regional Department has transferred the resources , the Municipality will distribute the grant to those eligible.
