Description
Following the Notice of Preliminary Market Consultation, pursuant to Article 77 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, published on February 26, 2025 on the home page of the institutional website and transmitted with note prot. No. 12137 of February 28, 2025, to the SRR Messina Metropolitan Area and the competent Regional Department, the undersigned, in his capacity as RUP, with the support of Administrative Investigator D'Angelo Santa, has today initiated the operations consequent to the issuance of the aforementioned notice.
A total of 9 (nine) requests have been received, one of which is outside the indicated deadlines, which are however not binding as reported in point 4 of the aforementioned notice.
