ANPR

Thanks to ANPR, citizens can easily check and modify their demographic data and access registry services in a single location, regardless of their municipality of residence.

Viewing and updating personal data, printing self-certifications, and submitting correction requests are among the services available on ANPR. The service for requesting a change of residence or domicile from the National Registry of Resident Population (ANPR) portal has been active since April 27, 2022.

To all citizens

To use the services available on the National Registry, citizens can authenticate themselves with their digital identity: the Public Digital Identity System, the Electronic Identity Card, and the National Services Card.

Citizens can download the following certificates for themselves or for a family member from their computer without having to go to the counter:

• Personal certificates
• Change of residence
• Registration for European citizens
• Birth certificate for European citizens
