One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (SUAP)

The One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (SUAP) is the single point of contact between businesses and public institutions for all information and procedures related to opening and managing a business.

For all the paperwork to be completed, businesses can contact the SUAP, which will then forward the documents to the various interested bodies and offices.

You can consult all the information and carry out the procedures relating to:

• Starting, managing and terminating the business;
• Localization, transformation, transfer and reconversion;
• Building interventions and anti-seismic adjustments;
• Management of waste, discharges and atmospheric emissions;
• Occupation of public land and state-owned areas;
• Advertising.

• Businesses, firms, companies, and associations that carry out production activities and provide services within the municipality.
• Owners of buildings or facilities that are or will be used for production activities

You can complete the process online, through the portal https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it , or over the counter at the Productive Activities Office.

Through the SUAP you can consult information and regulations, download forms, complete administrative procedures, request authorizations, and make payments.

If other entities involved in a procedure have not published their fee schedules on the portal https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it, contact the entity concerned to verify any applicable fees.
