The "school transport registration" service allows anyone interested to request it for the school year.
The school transport service guarantees students coverage of the routes identified by the Authority for and from the school.
Who is it for?
The "school transport registration" service is aimed at:
to nursery school students;
to primary and secondary school students.
How do
To request the activation of school transport, citizens can:
fill out the application online, using the dedicated digital service;
make an appointment with the relevant office and go to the counter.
The request can be made:
from the student's parent;
from the student's guardian;
from the pupil's guardian.
What is needed
To correctly complete the application, the citizen must provide the necessary documentation and information:
ISEE certification;
name of the school attended;
address to locate the collection point where the student will be picked up/dropped off;
number of children simultaneously attending the school transport service;
guardianship document issued by the Juvenile Court (in case of presence of a guardian);
declaration of entrustment issued by the Social Services or order of the Judicial Authority (in the case of the presence of a foster parent).
What you get
If the citizen's request is accepted, he or she obtains what he or she has requested: registration for school transport.
Times and deadlines
The Organization will communicate the outcome of the request for activation, suspension, or interruption of the service within a maximum of 30 days of submitting the request.
How much
The "school transport registration" service does not require payments to be made by the citizen at the time of application.
If activated, the service may require the payment of a monthly fee where established by the Administration.
