Environment – ​​Collection of waste sorting kits (40-liter bins)

The service for booking the collection of the separate waste collection kit allows citizens to collect their own kit or to collect it on behalf of others.

Following the application, the applicant will receive a communication with the available dates for collection, without long waits.

The service is aimed at owners of:

• domestic users
• offices
• small shops

In fact, 40-litre bins are delivered.

To book a collection, citizens can:

• fill out the application online, using the dedicated digital service;
• Go to the counter on public reception days (MON or THU from 10:00 to 12:00)

The request can be made:

• by the holder of the TARI bill (who can delegate another person to collect it);
• by a person delegated by the TARI user account holder;

If the citizen's application is approved, they will be contacted by email. The email will specify the date from which the kits can be physically collected from the municipal offices.

The service does not require payments to be made by the citizen at the time of request.
