Illegal Building

The Office manages and prepares enforcement actions against illegal building and related offenses within the municipality, including enforcement actions against properties.

Public Works

The office's activity is essentially based on the new provisions of the Contracts Code pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 36 of March 31, 2023.

Private construction and amnesty

The Office manages the One-Stop Shop for Construction (SUE) and prepares documents relating to building permits (Cil, Scia, PDC, SCA, Law 10/91, Appraisals issued pursuant to art. 28 LR 16/2016).
